Friday August 23, 2024 - 7PM to MidnightCasual Get Together PARTY - It'll be bigger and better than the last one, that's for sure, and for those of you who were at the last one, you know what we're talking about. Great Hors d'Ouevres, epic Charcuterie and Crudite tables, Champagne, signature cocktails, top-shelf liquor, wine, beer as well as a nice variety of non-alcohol beverages. If we don't have it, we'll send someone to get it! DJ on site for great music and dancing. It'll be like Hollywood comes to Herkimer. Ample parking at the Methodist Church parking lot across the street. Catering provided by Feast & Festivities and PK's Pub. |

Saturday August 24, 2024 - 10am to 2PMGolf Outing - If you are a golfer, BRING YOUR CLUBS! After getting plenty of rest from the party the night before, you'll be ready to play 9 holes in the great outdoors. Ah, fresh air, sunshine, competition, and commaraderie, what a way to have a great time. Need to stretch a bit, come earlier and hit a bucket of balls on the Driving Range. Cold beverages, with and without alcohol will be available. Our outing will even have prizes! Low Score, Closest To Pin, Skins & Partners. After, you'll have plenty of time before the Dinner & Dancing event starting at 6PM. |

Saturday August 24, 2024 - 6PM to MidnightDinner & Dancing - The main event complete with a red carpet entrance with photos taken. We'll start with a Cocktail Hour from 6PM to 7PM which will conclude with a Remembrance Ceremony for those classmates who have departed this world. Dinner will be buffet style with many, many choices. Vegan/Vegitarian choices will also be available. Cocktails will flow all evening with pro bartenders. DJ on site for great music all evening. Break out your dancing shoes, burn some of those calories consumed at dinner. Ample parking at the Methodish Churck parking lot accross the street. |
